Hi,

Cleaned up the extraneous warnings that I could, and fixed a crasher.  
Cosmetic tweaks elsewhere, including a more reasonable display name for PLS files.  

(Full PLS support coming, although I'd like to have a more definitive description of the file format.)

Please look at the diffs file attached.  (Generated with "cvs diff -c", Daniel's suggesed "cvs diff -rupB" failed...)
