There's no problem with the display, just in templating it such that it
turns the correct bars green or grey.  The only checks used in the template
mechanism is true/false and equals.  Lighting up bars 1-4 requires a greater
than check which is currently not implemented.

Of course I thought of a way around that, but it involves using perl in an
[EVAL] directive to set some additional parameters.

All my comments were based on the server as currently coded.
