I haven't put the order page up yet because I only have a few of the case
upgrade kits. If you want to order anything just email me directly - I'll
have the order page up in a couple more days, when we get the next
shipment of cases (sorry for the delay). These are the available upgrades
for the first-edition SliMP3:

- case upgrade kit: $15, or free with purchase of a second player
- mini switching power supply, 110/240V: $12.50

shipping not included; UPS ground is $4 to $6
