Re: Refresh Files without Restarting Server?

I'm running on a Pentium III with Windows 98 SE.  The reason I want 
to refresh without re-starting the server is that I do most of my 
file maintance (ripping, categorizing, etc.) from a different machine 
than where the server is running.  Basically, I'm just too lazy to 
run up and down the stairs.  I did try changing to a different 
directory and back but that didn't recognize the new files or 
directories.
