I see your point - some of this is a little tricky though, because of the way IR is handled. Once you exit the setup menu, everything is under the control of the server. We need to change things a bit in order to have a way to get back to the setup menu (perhaps holding down "power" for 3 seconds). The reason for the kiosk mode is also to make the SliMP3 safe in public places, where kiddies can't go in and muck with the IP settings. So probably a hybrid approach is the best way to go - skip setup after some timeout during startup, but also provide a way to disable the setup menu entirely. > I'm no big fan of modes.
