Thanks for the fast reply, Sean which leads me to more questions:
Can the bootup "behavior" of the SLIMP3 module be changed - so that 
it won't ask me to change the network settings if I cold boot it ?

Basically, just power it on and music starts going as soon as the 
laptop boots.  (I may be able to swindle a 166mhz laptop :) )

I'm a network guy, not an electrician, if I left my RV parked in 
storage for say 1 week, your website states it pulls milliamps.  
Well, how quickly would that drain the RV's 12v battery system ?  
When I'm plugged in at an RV site, I'll have no worries, just when it 
is in storage.

Also, I have another question, but I'll start another topic for it--
