You typically specify your root directory and the descend the directory
tree using the remote or the web interface.  There is no need to specify
multiple directories in the config...

eg. 

/home +
      |
      + /mp3 +
      |       | 
      |       + /jazz +
      |       |       |
      |       |       + bar.mp3
      |       |       + xyz.mp3
      |       + /rock
      |       + my.pls
      |       + my.mp3
      |
      + /foo


In this case, your root would be /home/mp3.  When you navigate, you will
see the folders 'jazz' and 'rock', with a '+' next to them rather than a
note.  Playlists are treated like folders and mp3's just appear as mp3's.
