New release available: 3.1b2

Hi All,

We've just posted version 3.1b2 of the SLIMP3 Server software on the 
web site, here:

This includes fixes for Safari, a new plug-in architecture, a couple of 
new skins, and more.  The complete release notes are available from 
that page as well.
