Hi -- you've probably run into a pretty common System Preferences bug. 
Quit the System Preferences application, and delete the file 
~/Library/Caches/com.apple.preferencepanes.cache.

If that doesn't work, you might have installed the two preference 
panes, one for "This User" and one for "All Users" -- in that case, 
just delete the one you don't want. "This User" is stored in 
~/Library/PreferencePanes, and "All Users" is in 
"/Library/PreferencePanes".
