Missing songs?

Since upgrading to the 3.1b2 and new firmware, I'm missing a lot of 
artists, albums, etc.  I thought rebuilding the .xml file in iTunes 
fixed it, but it turns out it didn't.  I'm still seeing all the 
albums, etc., in iTunes, but the SLIMP3 can't find them.

Any ideas?
