Still missing songs

I've tried reverting back to server version 3.0.  (I haven't 
downgraded the firmware, yet.)  The web browser is no longer saying 
it's still scanning.  During the scanning process, when I browse 
directly I can see all the songs.

I've tried pointing at the music directory instead of having it 
referring to iTunes with the same results.

Any ideas?
