Ejector CD/DVD Cases???

I have been looking for the new Ejector CD/DVD cases because I am 
backing up my MP3 files for music I want to load to the slimp3 
server.  

Does anyone know if these are available in the U.S.?  I bought some 
in Europe a few months back, but haven't been able to locate any in 
stores here, or on the Internet, except for a company in the U.K.
