ANDY, you hit the nail on the head! I found the CSI feed from the battery circuit that feeds pin 20 on the SRam. The track was broken just on the edge of IC 25 or maybe that is IC26 just next to the battery. To me it looked like the last Tech who changed the battery scraped the board with a probe or something.
 If I have a bit of time I will make a Doc of all the trouble shooting I did to find the problem.
