I believe Daniel is correct. The A/D is only 8-bit if memory serves and looking at what I can decipher from the BIN file it looks like the pitchbend value is /2 before being offset for up/down. That would make it 7-bit plus sign.  Should be easy enough to view the MIDI while playing to verify.
