To my knowledge (I have build some working clones of RAM5 multibank cartridges for DX7 Mk2) you can't write from a DX7 Mk2 via ADP1 to RAM1. The reason is that the memory chips used in RAM1 are Eeproms which have very slow write cycles. ADP1 clone only makes sense if you have lots of old ROM cartridges for DX7 Mk1.
