Probably.  Most LCD modules are compatible with a particular controller chip.

I think I've seen replacement LCD panels for them on ebay, with different colour backlights.... There's a blue backlit OLED one on at the moment - item number 223465499491, on ebay.co.uk.  You can paste an item number into the Search box.

So, yes, they are out there.  Maybe one of the sellers of replacements knows more about them.
