MIDI sysex question

For the DX7 IIs (v1.3 OS), do these MIDI sysex commands do the following: 

 1)  Parameter Change ($1B = Switch Remote)  will "press" the panel buttons?
         a) Do I set ON (d=127) and then OFF (d=0) ?    
         b) Leaving button ON would allow me to "press and hold" a button while "pressing" another?
 

 2) This "switch remote" method would allow me to do the following:

     a) Select Voice (button 32) or Performance (button 37)?
         b) Save internal memory bank (Voice/Performance) to RAM cartridge (several buttons)?
 

 3) Can I "bulk load" Voice/Performance MIDI sysex data directly to a RAM cartridge bank?
 Or bank needs to be loaded into Internal Voice/Performance memory first then saved to cartridge?
         I think that cartridge Micro Tuning and Fractional Scaling are supported, but not voice/performance?
 

 I did some searching prior to posting this and did not find my answers.  
 But if there is a relevant post, please point me to it.
