New in this group and question

Hello all, I am new in this group. I have a DX7II and recently bought a Wind controller. I found a lot of useful information here, for which I thank you. One question: I would love to find a copy of Sal Gallina’s book ‘Expressive FM Applications’. I found a number of references to it in this group (& YamahaDXfiles) and on the Yamaha Musicians forum, but all links to it seem to have evaporated. I did find Sal's patches and audio examples already, but I would like to read the explanations behind the programming, which are in the book.And a paper copy is currently nowhere available (and often not affordable). Does anyone have a suggestion for me how to get it?
