Yeah, that has to be figured into the mix.  Three groups is probably to 
get around the file limitations; at least, I know that YamahaDXFiles is 
a dummy list, intended for file storage only.  This is perhaps the 
biggest downside of Groups.io vs. Yahoo Groups: Yahoo allows 2GB of 
photos, and 1GB of files; while Groups.io allows 1GB total in the free 
package.  The premium package allows 10GB (and adds many features), but 
costs a monthly/annual fee.

On the plus side, they claim to have tools to port a Yahoo Group to 
their site.
