That's a good point.  How do you rate the groups.io site for accessibility, Nicole?

If I turn off styles (CSS) in Waterfox (based on Firefox), the page layout stays nice and readable for the pages I've seen so far, without lots of menu links to fight through first - so that looks promising.

I seem to remember reading about Google defending their legal right to NOT make their sites and services accessible, which just seems outrageous, if true.  

If a company commits to keeping things as accessible as possible for blind or deaf people, for example, that also makes it more likely that the rest of us won't run into problems using an old or obscure browser, or a computer that's considered obsolete or underpowered.
