You can email [email protected] and ask to be added manually. I got a reply quickly. It didn't actually work, in my case, because apparently I'd already been added, but the group doesn't show in my list of groups, I can't log in, and I still get the error message: " Oops! You need to be a member to perform this action. " Still, you might have more luck than me, and it seems that's the only way. - Andy
