Yes, Don, I live in Rio.
Tomorrow, by the way, Carnaval begins in Brazil and last for 4 days, so the
country practically stops for that period. Rio's crowded with tourists.
Great reading your experiences abroad.

Ezbe, I know it's harder for fans outside Europe to have access to
Jamiroquai, so that's why sometimes I feel European fans don't fully
understand what a privilege it is to be able to follow them closer. :-)

I bought my ticket for the Rio concert last night.
I was somewhat "depressed": I've been a fan since 'When You Gonna Learn' was
still climbing up the British charts (!) but this will only be the second
time I get to see them live...
Time does fly when you're having fun, doesn't it?

Hi Cesar........sounds like you live in Rio de Janiero, or in that vicinity.
How exciting! I've never been there. I lived overseas as a child--------I
was in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and in Paris............I go to London as often as
I can--------love it there! Next time I'm there, I'll have to look for some
Jamiroquai memorabilia.....some of the record stores might have, for
instance, a biography on the band, and on Jay himself. His mother, Karen
Kay, was a jazz singer in the U.K............I tried googling and couldn't
find anything about her. Of course, their website is pretty
informative.........so keep in touch, and everyone else out there------keep
writing opinions and whatever else. Anyone out there like Manhattan
Transfer? That's my other Yahoo group............rock on.................Don
