I agree with what you suggest: the tent as a self /home, the linearity of
the stream (like life), the autumnal tears...

Wow!! We do have something like that... But I don't think we're ever going
to hear the 35 minute version, alas!

I'm hungry for more particulars. I wish she's said more about the different
clearings. I need to read this again. 

The one that comes to mind is when they are watching TV, a movie?, about a
monkey. It strikes me that her feeling towards the monkey are maternal. Yes?
