If you're hoping to do some "outreach" on Jane's behalf, the strongest grab I know is "half angel, half eagle," which builds in a very obvious way (ascending bass lines & vocal lines, increasing volume)-- and could have turned up in Wang Chung's soundtrack for "To live and Die in LA." Which might sound like a put-down-- but isn't. "Loving cup" is rhythmically propulsive, and easy to get. "The Walking" is also rhythmically strong, with an ascending vocal line, and almost has a hook! On the other hand, If you want something which is obviously different and obviously beautiful, play "The Lobby." Even those who don't "get it" in terms of the music or the subject matter, can immediately grasp how beautiful it is. If they still have ears, that is. -- have fun! Bruce
