From what I can tell, Sony's "rootkit" DRM is NOT on "Aerial." From
what I've read, the DRM discs all have a statement on the back of the
packaging that says something about "compatible with Windows/Mac" etc.
- this is not present on "Aerial," though there's an "FBI warning" that
copying music is evil and will send you straight to hell.

Also, I listened to it on my computer at work today - and as I
understand it, the rootkit DRM discs will first ask you to accept a
license agreement and then try to play in their own special player
software. This did not happen with "Aerial" - I just got the usual
message from Windows XP asking me if I wanted to play the audio disc or
not.

So I believe we're safe.
