well, a week or so later - Tre'Sea sez:
i think i first saw a video on VH1 while applying make up, one day - something of jane in the sun it could have been "the life is the red wagon" or "bound by the beauty" i just remember her smiling in the sun looking "like a friend of mine" i liked the sound and wrote her name down & filed it away in my make up table. forgetting all about it. i used to get the "hear" music catalog they had a special feature of celebs suggest artists. i think KD was suggesting jane sibbery & said if you like kate bush, and a couple of other people - you'll love jane siberry. boy was it ever true. my first purchase was BBTB. loved it. this was around 1992. I bought everything as it came out after that, and then when new releases slowed down, i was able to work back & get her earlier stuff. i was able to meet jane in november of 2001. drove to nashville (about 9 hours from joplin, missouri) and it was the
most important day of my life - i am ever changed. i haven't been able to see her since t!
hen, but
hope that someday she will come within 10 hours of me on a weekend night - in time to get there from work and be back to work on monday. someday. years later while cleaning out my makeup table, i found the note where i'd scribbled down her name. funny.
