And I can vouch for tres-c's snow-white voice!  she made my springer
spaniel sing along...and he hardly EVER sings to me!  

flash-back (doodly-doo, doodly-doo, doodly doo)
one time, when placing a phone sheeba order (remember when we could
just call and someone would talk to us?), and in the course of the
order, Jane came into the office and asked the order-taker who she was
talking to.  the order-taker said "Ben Thomas from Illinois", and Jane
picked up the other phone and said "hi ben!  hope you're having a beauty
day!"   i think it was the first time I'd heard her voice, other than
singing.  still a special memory even after all this time...makes me
miss her more.
