Any advice? dime has a membership limit but they are always accepting new members since they are always deleting old, unused accounts. they typically remove 150 or so accounts everyday. a little perserverance will get you an account. see http://wiki.dimeadozen.org/index.php/DimeFAQ:Frequently_Asked_Questions#Is_DIME_membership_closed.3F__Every_time_I_try_to_sign_up.2C_you.27re_always_full. that said, the fact that getting a dime account is not easy is something that troubles me since my interest in torrenting live recordings is to make them as widely available as possible. so, while i will always torrent stuff there (since it's my "home" tracker, if you will), i try to seed stuff elsewhere if i know there will be a lot of interest from casual bittorrent users. speaking of which, anyone know if jane's pay-as-you-go model for recompense for studio recordings translates to amateur, live recordings? does she mind this sort of thing? woj
