Re: how many are we?

Still fighting the good fight, playing jane bunches of times, scouring e-bay for lost or missing pieces of my collection, paying for it twice, once to the seller, then a donation to Jane's site to compensate.  

I'm with Orangecloud, I miss the physicality of the compact disc, cassette tape or long playing allbum.  The liiner notes, the cracked cases, the missing spokes when the case cracks and the cd refuses to sit properly for any length of time...all that and more!!

quick note, I placed a cd player and a cd of "Angels" as close to Ground Zero in NYC years ago, when tragedy struck.  I was there within a few weeks, crying and railing...left the cd et al and mailed a few siblings the story.  The first time I met Jane, she had received the story from a fan in Japan (!!).  Well, tragedy struck again for me, 2/14/2008 a shooter made a mess of our lives here at NIU, and once again, I have distributed "angels" (with Jane's blessing) to several hundred students, colleagues, faculty/staff members as well as community members in and around our fair town.  

Thanks for injecting some energy into the siblings...it's nice to know we're all still here...albeit a bit older, wiser and hopefully, enchanted.
