no borders re-ordered

Thanks for all the info regarding vinyl editions of BBTB. Much appreciated!

I've been listening to the pre-Sheeba Siberry catalogue a lot lately.
I return to it every so often (sometimes very often) and it always
blows me away and makes everything else I listen to seem so pale and
pedestrian by comparison.

To refresh and renew these CD's I've been experimenting with
resequencing the tracks of each album.  It's been a VERY interesting
process.

When you take the tracks out of their usual order, you pull them out
of their usual context and it REALLY opens the songs up - offering
enlightenment to aspects of the work you haven't experienced before.
EVen more so than when you just play individual tracks.  Having the
whole album resequenced and played is very interesting at the very
least.

So after many re-workings - I offer you the finalized track list for
my version of "No Borders Here - Resequenced"

1. mimi on the beach
2. follow me
3. the waitress
4. map pt. 1
5. i muse aloud
6. you don't need
7. extra executives
8. dancing class
9. symmetry

ALl of you i-pod users will be able to do this easily I would imagine.
(I always think "i-pod" sounds like a euphimism (sp?) for "penis" - so
whenever I hear someone say that they've been listening to their
i-pod, I always think "funny - mine never says a thing to me.")
Others may find it worth while to burn it or tape it or whatever.

I hope you enjoy the experience of my re-sequencing as much I have.

I will post my other resequence lists as soon as I feel they're perfect!
