no borders - new edition?

Hello folks:

Go to amazon.com and enter "jane siberry no borders here" as the
search criteria... you'll see a listing for it as an "In Stock" item
for $31.99  But it gets even more interesting.  It lists the release
date as January 8, 2007 and the label as "Sfu pipe band."

Anyone have any ideas about what exactly this is - what it's about?
