JS/Issa site.... or not.

Hello all:

Due to the resoundingly UNDERwhelming response to my proposed
comprehensive JS/Issa site I have decided to put it on the back burner
until.... well.  Not sure. Until not anytime too soon.

I may move forward with just the Issa part... then again, we'll see.
