I'll second this. Its a great book and I was privileged to see the 
exhibition in Glasgow.  Had meant to drop a note to the list to say 
thanks to Jeremy but never quite got round to it - sorry!.   Also saw 
John Tilbury playing the Sonatas and Interludes in the accompanying 
music events which was a great evening.
