Hello to the Group I saw there is/was a question about Jonathan Batiste - The Batiste Family is rather well known in New Orleans music circles - some of you , depending on your taste in music, might have seen/heard Jonathan's cousin Russell Batiste. Russell is, and has been, the drummer for The Funky Meters and, again from New Orleans, for Porter, Batiste & Stoltz (P.B.S.) and has toured and recorded with other well known musicians. Jonathan plays the keyboards - piano his main instrument - and has played with everybody from, let's see, Wynton Marsalis, Christian Scott, Mark O'Connor and Abbey Lincoln Hope this might help Hope, more importantly, all are well George
