I can't recall if this was mentioned here before or not. Dave @ PBE (FAX'S USA distributor) along with Krystian Sheck has decided to put out a 4CD 'tribute' set for Pete Namlook. 2CDs of FAX related artists and 2CDs of fan created music. Updates are/will be here http://namlooktribute.tumblr.com/ The list is stellar already and includes Bill and Eraldo Bernocchi amongst others. Probably won't be out for a few months as the submission deadline isn't until late May. It will be funded via Kickstarter or a similar service. And for anyone lamenting the loss of Pete, Dave is also starting a new label to carry on the spirit (but not, as he took great pains to say, replace Pete or FAX) of the label. This may be the second release at this point as the first will be the last project Pete mastered himself - Material Object. -- Dave Brunelle M.O.D.
