Sorry - don't think I ever responded...

I'll try and ask...My guess (particularly as the DVD was controlled by PBS)
is that yeah...it's owned by them. With so much on the plate, I have a
feeling that it's not a priority for Bill at this point either. Any
recording would be nice of the full show, but I would love to see the full
release on DVD. Bill did mix it in 5.1 too I imagine in the eventuality
that PBS did release it...

More news soon on the possibility of other NYC shows in the near future.
