Hi, Jonathan -
I wasn't involved in Abiodun Oyewole's Kickstarter campaign, but just
sent a message to the organizers to see if there's anything we can do to
help.
In the meantime, there are a couple of ways to support Abiodun's recent
works:
Earlier this year 2Leaf press released a book titled "Branches Of The
Tree Of Life: The Collected Poems of Abiodun Oyewole 1969-2013"- see
http://www.amazon.com/dp/1940939038/ for more info.
In 2010 Abiodun & percussionist Don Babatunde Eaton released an album
called Omi Tutu, which I did not learn of until recently. See
http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00B0EO6IW/ for more. I would love to hear the
thoughts of anyone who has heard the album - I'm hoping to track down a
CD copy but it seem like the album is only available digitally at present.
