Heard Owain for the first time on classic radio kfuo in St. Louis ... (not that he's not been played there before, I'm certain ... as a matter of fact, someone had confirmed that they played the "heck" out of his CDs ... I had just not heard it before ...). Anyway, back to my quest here ... The song on the playlist was listed this morning as: 4/11/02 8:18am Andrew Marvell: O Lady for thy Constancy (1575), Owain Phyfe (singer) New World Renaissance Band - Nightwatch NW1001CD After numerous calls to Streetside Records, another music store, the radio station ... and searching on the net, I found the Nightwatch Recording site, as well as a site that had a listing of all songs on the NRW1001 CD ... and, I don't see the above song ... by the way, I find evidence that is actually Andrew Blackhall that wrote the lyrics for Mary Queen of Scots ... not Andrew Marvell ... anyone know which actually "whodunnit"? The playlist for NRW1001, according to an unauthorized fan site is: 1. Drive the cold winter away 2. Il prigioniero 3. Es warb ein schöner Jüngling 4. The English Dancing Master: Dissembling love 5. Belle qui tiens ma vie 6. Mignonne, allon voir si la roze 7. What then is love but mourning? 8. La sirena 9. The Bankis of Helicon 10. Pastyme with good companye 11. Fortune my foe 12. Depairt, depairt 13. Mon coeur se recommande So ... the song I'm looking for may actually be included, however, I heard it in English this morning (I am not bi-or multi- linqual :D) ... and I want it in English ... Does anyone know how I can obtain a copy of this particular recording? I would greatly appreciate it ... The song reminded me ... of someone I have lost ... Thanks for your help, Mary, "Queen of a lost Scots"
