Oh... it's so hard to pick!  I love all of Owain's songs...

I'd have to say that "Blackbird" is my favorite to listen to.... but my 
favorite to sing (I sing - or used to - at some small faires in michigan) is "La 
Prima Vez" or maybe "Since first I saw your face".
