Hello to all

It's a month when I found on internet OPALS's pages and discovered 
Owain Phyfe, at first I thought that It could be another "renfair" 
musician. Here in Czech republic, we have a couple of good medieval 
bands, but they have strictly medieval sound or they have good 
musical technique but not very impresive voices. But here I have 
found absolutly great sounding music with rich instrumental 
background and suprisingly velvet and strong leading voice. It was 
the same enchantment as I for the first time heard Lorenna McKennitt 
many years ago. You are very lucky that you can hear band with Owain 
during life perfomance :-) Yes, I could too, but it would be probably 
the most expensive concert ticket in the world. Till now I had only 
chance to hear him on internet and only very short parts because I 
can't download great amout of bites at work, so streaming audio is  
nearly prohibited. But now, I have two of his CD's which yesterday 
come from US to me. :-) I was listening it during my jorney at home 
and even during dance classes I couldn't last and I was dancing with 
girls during his few songs, ... and all evening til two o'clock 
morning.... and now too :-) I know ... I know. I just want to let 
know, that here behind the ocean, there is new happy listener of 
Owain Phyfe. :-)
