I believe it was slated for an April release. But it was cancelled
prior to release. The distributor was not able to give me a reason for
the cancellation and, to date, I have not heard any plans for a new
release date.
Having been so close to release, one might expect it to eventually come
out. It would seem odd to permanently shelve it!
