Hi Klaus,
I had issues too but have a not so bad wav file from the show.
Also interrested if someone has a better recording.

had some equipment trouble and could not listen to/record the Radio Eins 
Special on Jan.20. , and it's off the mediathek playlist now.
Did anybody record it and is willing to share? Please email me off-list.
