I'm good with crowdfunding it - it shows that there's actually a demand for the product.

TAG/TRAUM is a well-established film production company in Cologne, specializing in docu films. I remember they made a docu on Holger Czukay a couple of years ago.

But as ARTE TV seems to be involved in the TD docu, I'm a bit irritated about the fact that they want to crowdfund the film. TD should have enough money to finance this project themselves, besides this there's the public German film funding.

But I may be wrong, and they have good reasons to prefer this way.
