OT: Recipe Translation - German to English

Would one of my German friends please contact me off-list.
I have a spice packet from Maggi for making what looks like a version of Ratatoullie.

But its in German. And where I know Tomaten is tomato and Kase is cheese, some of the bigger words are throwing me.

Anyone willing to help?
