DVD of proposed documentary

The Kickstarter page says this:
 

 "There will probably be a BLU-RAY from the feature-length version, a DVD in PAL and NTSC from the shorter version."
 

 This implies that they're not sure if the full-length version will ever be released, and also makes me wonder if the DVD we'd get from or support tier will not be the full-length feature at all.
 

 Does anyone have more information on this? I want to support them for a full-length feature, and this "shorter version" thing has me wondering.
