the mislabelled version is featured with scanned images at discogs:

And there is a remark:
"Cover shows cat#no. 25 756 XBT, records have printed 25 754 XT (shows side three and four, but is side one and two) and 25 755 XT"

The mistake seems to be apparent only on the red/green labels. I'll add an according remark for this version in VitN as well...
