I will not distribute this release, but my cost for the purchase from Amazon UK came out to $157.

I just got notification from Amazon US that the price will be 232.00.  If my math isn’t too far off, that’s quite a bit more than the UK price.

  Sometimes ordering from the UK (including shipping) is cheaper than ordering from the US (even with Prime free shipping).
