Ingestion into elasticsearch? Is GLORIAD insight open sourced?

Hi,

I am testing GLORIAD Insight here.

Greg Cole has indicated that he intends to make it open source, but the process is not complete.
For example there is no license decided yet as far as I can tell.

The source code is to some extent publicly accessible.
There is a a GitHub repo here:

There are publicly accessible ftp links.
