Latest development versions?

	I appear to have forgotten how to use ftp to fetch development versions.
Logging in and changing to /dev/argus-3.0 then doing an ls hangs without 
displaying anything. I just upgraded my argus box to Freebsd 11.1 and 
argus-3.0.8.1 doesn't compile so I figured I'd get the latest dev version to
see if 1) its already fixed and 2) if not so the patches are against a late 
model argus if it isn't.
