The fact that there is proof of "prior art" with regards to SCO's patent it's amazing that they were even granted the patent. Their system must be so focused and unique that I can't imagine that Big Brother, NAGIOS, or even HP OpenView infringes on it. I wouldn't be so worried except for the fact that it seems that SCO seems to be open to suing anyone and anything that has to do with UNIX/Linux claiming patent infringement. I wouldn't lose any sleep over this at this point...wait and see what happens with the SCO vs. IBM fiasco.
